Tea/ Tea Products
Perishable and consumable goods like ours are exempt from being returned. However if there is an issue with the quality of your order or you are anything less than satisfied with your matcha, please contact us right away at hello@hikuulife.com.
Non-Perishable Products
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, we will only replace items that are damaged or defected.
We have a 7-day exchange policy on non-perishable items from the date you receive your order. When requesting an exchange the item must be in stock.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
